Butlins Caravan Sales at Skegness

The site fees for 2014 are £3,175 which equates to £385 per month, if

you need help with the running costs then we provide an excellent subletting service. You get to choose your caravan of choice, pitch (subject to availability). As a caravan owner you would then be entitled to 8 permanent passes to the resort, additional annual photo passes may be purchased from the Caravan Village reception. The Caravan Village is open from the 1st March through to the 30th November.

Find a caravan within your budget that suits your needs.

Things to consider:

      *      What do caravans cost?

      *      What caravans are available?

      *      What is included?

      *      Are there finance packages available?

      *      How long can i keep my caravan at the Village for?

      *      How many people do they sleep?

 

STEP 4

Find a location to suit the caravan you have chosen.

Things to consider:

      *      How do we know what pitch locations are available?

      *      Do certain locations have different site fees?

      *      How long will it take to site my caravan?

      *      What do different areas on the Village have to offer?

 

STEP 1

Decide if Butlins is the right place for you and your family.

Things to consider:

      *      Is the journey o.k?

      *      Does it have the right facilities for everybody in the family?

      *      What events are there for Owners?

      *      What does the local area have to offer?

      *      How long is the village season?

 

STEP 2

Decide if the running costs are O.K.

Things to consider:

      *      What are all the costs involved?

      *      Can we sublet to cover these costs?

      *      Do you guarantee the sublet income?

      *      When are the different costs due?

      *      Can i claim tax benefits?
